# Community & Team

**Web3 projects are driven by strong community building.**

Web3 has brought the value of community building into the spotlight. The most successful blockchains, DAOs, NFT projects, DeFi protocols, and Decentralized marketplaces all have one thing in common. They are all powered by driven communities.

These communities create real value for their members. They offer real connections and give the opportunity to build something meaningful within the ecosystem. As the community continues to grow at a rapid rate we a have a unique chance to develop new skills and experiences that can’t be found anywhere else.

**Community plays the most important role in every NFT project**. Especially for Hi Planet NFT. Without our community, we’ll be nothing.
